Art guidelines
Role-playing and chatrooms
- Art must be completely your own. This means no tracing, no commissions and no bases. References, such as free credited stock, for poses and the like are the only exception.
- Submissions award ‘energy’ to the schools’ ‘pure hearts’. The power of these crystals defines which faction is currently the strongest in the war. The more you participate, the stronger will be your school.
- Submitting artwork every week isn’t mandatory; doing the scout activities is. If you do not complete the required exams and activities, your character will not be eligible for items and upgrades, or in some cases, even attacks.
- This is a very obvious point, but it is necessary to state it: Please keep your submissions at a PG-13 rating. If you feel the need to include nudity in your picture, please make it tasteful and abide by all submission rules. Remember, there are minors on deviantArt.
- If you are doing a group picture, please ask permission of the other members before you include their character.
Role-playing and chatrooms
- All of the student characters start as freshman; they are young and inexperienced. Below is a list of what your characters can NOT do during their first year, until they have completed the correct scout activities:
- Freshman cannot, under any circumstance, perform amazing acrobatic stunts (such as jumping from roof to roof, running incredibly fast, surviving a drop of 10 feet). One of your character’s talent might be ‘athletic aptitudes,’ but this will not make a huge difference in the roleplay until after further development.
- Your characters can only perform the attacks they learn during the scout activities. This leaves your Scouts or Knights defenseless until the classes start, and most likely even some time after. Attacks are earned after successfully completely exams. They can, however, have been trained in a martial art, but they will not be able to defeat a monster on their own that easily.
- Godmodding/Powerplaying is the act of forcing another person's character to do an action during your turn in the roleplay, without that character's user having a say in what they do. It is not allowed, particularly in battle situations. Please do not do it; it is unfair to other members and ruins the experience. You will be warned once.
- Likewise, your characters should not know things about other characters that they have not been told, regardless of what school they are in. This is known as Metagaming. Just because you personally can read another character's back story does /not/ mean that this information is available to your character.
- Please be respectful of those roleplaying in the chatrooms. Do not abuse ‘one word’ or ‘one emoticon’ roleplay posts, and keep Out of Character (OOC) talk to a minimum when an rp is in progress. OOC means anything that isn’t a character’s roleplay post.
- Respect the mods! They are not out to get you, but they do have to uphold the rules, especially if they are being broken. If you have any inquiries or suggestions about the group please send a note to the group, not to the moderator’s personal account.

Updated journals!
Please take a chance to read through the journals if you've ever had any confusion. We've been trying to clarify some things. If you still have ANY questions, do not be afraid to ask!
Current student ages!
We've just realized a bit of an oversight with the students we have accepted. As this is the first class for these special academies, everyone should only be 14 (15 maximum as a result of being held back because of sickness/hardships/etc when younger; no one should

Activities
Our first activity is coming for the new year; around the next week. Get your notebooks and pencil cases ready, because classes are about to start. We hope to be an interactive and enjoyable group for everyone. (`・ω・´)”
Points/Experience
A point chart will soon be submitted, so everyone can see how much stardust you will get for each submission. The stardust counter on our homepage tells which is the strongest academy so far.
Reminder: The school with the most stardust at the end of a cycle, will win the battles!
